Overview

This privacy policy applies to the Smoothie Mixer app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by CZECHIMPEX SP Z O O, collectively referred to as the “Application”. CZECHIMPEX SP Z O O is referred to as the “Service Provider”.

The Application is intended to help users choose kitchen ingredients, set dietary filters, generate smoothie recipe ideas, save or remake recipes, and manage local app preferences.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required, and the Application does not require user accounts or authorization.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted as part of normal network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this data, use it for tracking, or build user profiles from it.

Recipe preferences, ingredient selections, saved recipes, streaks, settings, and local history are intended to remain on the user’s device unless a user chooses to share recipe text through device-level sharing tools.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

No. The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Since the Application does not collect personal information, no personal data is shared with third parties by the Service Provider.

The Application may be distributed through Google Play. Google Play and other third-party platforms may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

What are my opt-out rights?

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no tracking or personal-data processing to opt out from inside the Application.

You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it from your device.

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not collect or store personal data from normal use of the Application, so there is no personal user data retained on Service Provider servers.

Any smoothie recipes, favorites, history, settings, measurement preferences, reminders, or progress counters created inside the Application are designed to be stored locally on the user’s device and are not retained by the Service Provider.

If you contact the Service Provider voluntarily by email, the information you provide in that communication may be kept only for as long as necessary to respond to your request, handle support, or meet legal obligations.

Data Deletion

Because the Application does not collect or store personal data on Service Provider servers, the Service Provider generally has no app usage data to delete.

You may delete local app information by using available in-app options such as clearing local history where provided, resetting preferences where available, or uninstalling the Application from your device.

If you have voluntarily contacted the Service Provider by email and want that communication deleted where legally possible, please send a deletion request to support@czechimpex.it.com.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not collected by the Application. If a child voluntarily provides information through another channel, a parent or guardian may contact the Service Provider to request deletion where applicable.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure.

The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information that may be voluntarily provided through direct contact.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting app user personal data is minimal.

If a breach occurs involving any information you voluntarily provided outside the Application, the Service Provider will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.

Where required by law, the Service Provider will request consent for material changes before they take effect.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
